The Red, White & Blue is the flagship comic of 1910 press. It contains comic-strip serials in both the "square panel" style of traditional British adventure comics such as Victor or Knockout, as well as the "jagged panel" style stories of comics such as Action and early 2000AD. It also contains text serials in short three-column instalments in the style of DC Thomson story-papers from the early-mid 20th century such as Skipper or Hotspur. Finally each issue contains a complete long Sexton Blake story, in the style of the Amalgamated Press story papers from the early 20th century. The title Red White & Blue is a reference to the former "Sexton Blake's own paper", the Union Jack, which ran from 1894 - 1933. The RWB is an unofficial 'continuation' of this paper.
