You may be wondering what's become of the website. Well I decided that if I wanted to finally set up an online store for my comics that I'd better ask IPC, who it turns out own the copyright of Sexton Blake, if I could use the character - and they said no! (and gave me a rather worrying piece of information as to the possible future of the character - turns out a large American comic company have "exclusive print rights" - are we going to see a new version created by the 'sort of person' who works in comics these days? One where Blake fights against the British Empire and government instead of for them?)

Well anyway never mind that doom-mongering. The important result of this decision with regards to 1910 Press is that the Red, White & Blue. Trident and Dragonfly will all be re-launched in a new, de-Blakenised version. And they will also be available online!

The first issue of the new RWB is initially planned for August 2011, and continuing bi-monthly from there. Aside from the removal of Sexton Blake it will feature an editor's page from the beginning and a new article looking over British adventure comics as a whole. Oh and of course a new cover.

A new version of the website with better information on all these changes will be launched soon!
